Refund Policy
At Nexus Public Policy Institute, we are committed to providing our valued delegates with a seamless and enriching experience at our conferences. However, we understand that certain circumstances may necessitate a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for conference registrations made through our online platform.

Refund Eligibility
All refunds will be provided in the form of credit vouchers only, which can be used for future conferences or events organized by Nexus Public Policy Institute.
The refund policy varies by registration category, as detailed below:

Fully Funded / Partial Funded / Invitation Letter / Summit Access Pass
-
The registration fee for these categories is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Self-Funded Delegates
-
Only delegates who have paid the full registration fee are eligible for refunds.
-
If a delegate has registered using a discounted fee, the amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
-
Delegates who have fully paid their registration fee (not in installments) may request a Nexus Credit Voucher (NCV) for future use, provided they meet the following conditions:
-
The delegate has paid the entire conference fee upfront (not in installments).
-
The refund request is made at least 45 days before the first day of the conference via email.
-
Nexus Credit Voucher (NCV)
To request a Nexus Credit Voucher, delegates must email our team. The following terms apply:
-
The NCV is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
-
The NCV can only be used for Nexus Public Policy Institute events.
-
If only the first installment of a full registration fee has been paid, the NCV policy does not apply—100% of the first installment will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation & Refund Structure for NCV Requests
-
45+ days before the conference: Eligible for a full NCV.
-
30-44 days before the conference: 50% of the paid amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee, and the remaining balance will be issued as an NCV.
-
15-29 days before the conference: 75% of the paid amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee, and the remaining balance will be issued as an NCV.
-
Less than 15 days before the conference: 100% cancellation fee applies—no NCV will be issued, and the delegate will be considered a no-show.
